Tasting Misconceptions
For some reason, there is a misconception that tastings should be free. Tastings are a viable way to ensure you are confident with the food at your wedding, but it does cost the company money in the food products, labor in staffing and food prep! For example, when you go into a restaurant for the first time, you order delicious food, and the excitement is overwhelming! However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations you still pay a bill at the end, and from there you have the option to never go back or keep going back every month! The fact of the matter is the restaurant spent money making and serving your food. That concept is very similar to a tasting experience with your caterer. BUT, if you book on-site with us, your tasting is waived (restrictions apply).
